Public Meeting - Apartment Living and the Law

Claire Wheeler is hosting a meeting concerning the legal difficulties facing apartment-dwellers with respect to management companies. She will discuss assistance available from SEI to Management Companies.

Also speaking is Cormac O'Neill, barrister, lectures in DIT and an expert in Managemeent Company Law. He has acted for owners and tenants facing such difficulties.

Minister John Gormley will speak about new legislation to improve the situation for owners viz a viz Management Companies, and new legislation concerning Tenant and Landlord rights
